Peter Gyorgyicsek has had extensive training from some of the finest schools in and around Europe. He arrived in South Africa 5 years ago with his wife, fell in love with the country and decided to stay. He then had the opportunity to work at the Sante Winelands Hotel in Stellenbosch and then at the prestigious Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town as Head Pastry Chef.
His passion is sugar decoration and, after seeing the demand for unique decorations, he decided to start his business, Sugar Decor cc.
