Preparation

1. Add 400ml milk to 1kg of the CARTE D'OR Brownie Mix.
2. With an electric beater (paddle beater attachment), mix for one minute at low speed, followed by two minutes at high speed.
3. Pour mix into a greased 30cm x 23.5cm x 4cm baking tray with the base lined with greaseproof paper.
4. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 35 minutes.
5. Once baked, turn out onto a cooling rack and leave until completely cooled before cutting.
6. Cut into 12,7cm x 7cm squares (3 across and 4 down), each portion should way approximately 85g.

Ingredients

Sugar, wheat flour (gluten), fat powder [hydrogenated vegetable fat, glucose, emulsifier (E481), lactic casein], chocolate chips, cocoa, whole egg, flavourant.

Productiveness

12 x 85g servings.

Tips

For different variants, add toasted nuts, cranberries or white chocolate chips. Serve warm or cold.
