Religious statusPreparation1.Empty contents into mixing bowl.
2.Add 300 ml milk to 800 g of the CARTE D’OR Chocolate Lava Cake mix.
3.Mix by hand using a spatula until there are no lumps and the premix is dissolved.
4.Spoon into well greased Dariole moulds filling ¾ of the mould.
5.Place on a baking tray and bake at:
Industrial oven – 190°C for 9 minutes
Domestic oven – 200°C for 10 minutes
6.Remove from the oven and turn cakes out onto serving plate
