Preparation

1. Weigh out 125ml of CARTE D'OR Crème Brûlée powder and measure 1 litre of MEADOWLAND Classique (or fresh cream).
2. Add the Crème Brûlée powder to part (+/- 200ml) of the MEADOWLAND Classique (or fresh cream). Stir until powder has dissolved.
3. Bring the balance (+/- 800ml) of the MEADOWLAND Classique (or fresh cream) to the boil.
4. Add the powder mixture to the boiled MEADOWLAND Classique (or fresh cream) stirring continuously.
5. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
6. Pour Crème Brûlée into 8 ramekings (+/- 125ml per ramekin) and place in the refrigerator to set.
7. Once set, and just prior to serving, remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle the surface of the Crème Brûlée with sugar and caramise with a
blow torch. Alternatively make a dry sugar caramel on the stove top and pour thinly over Crème Brûlée.
