Preparation

1. Bring 500ml of milk to the boil.
2. Remove from the stove and add 200g CARTE D'OR Pannacotta powder and 500ml MEADOWLAND Classique (or fresh cream). Stir mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
3. Lightly grease 8 Dariole moulds (or ramekins) with sunflower oil and fill with 125ml of pannacotta mixture.
4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours until desserts have set.

Dextrose, sugar, gelatine, whipping agent (milk), flavourant.

40 x 125ml servings.

Tips

Pannacotta is a decadent cream lover's dessert that is delicious served with fresh seasonal fruit or fruity sauces.
Pannacotta can be infused with any number of flavours. Try adding cinnamon sticks, vanilla pods or lavender to the simmering liquid, just remember to strain).

Storage

Seal the lid tightly.
