For 20 X 125ml servings:
Mix 500g jelly crystals with 1 litre boiling water and 1.5 litre cold water.
For 40 X 125ml servings:
Mix 1 Kg jelly crystals with 2 litre boiling water and 3 litre cold water.
HOW TO PREPARE
1. Mix jelly powder with boiling water until dissolved.
2. Add cold water and stir
3. Pour into mould and place in refrigerator until set.
