Preparation

For 20 X 125ml servings:

Mix 500g jelly crystals with 1 litre boiling water and 1.5 litre cold water.

For 40 X 125ml servings:

Mix 1 Kg jelly crystals with 2 litre boiling water and 3 litre cold water.

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Mix jelly powder with boiling water until dissolved.

2. Add cold water and stir

3. Pour into mould and place in refrigerator until set.

Ingredients

Sugar, gelatine (beef), acidifiers (fumaric acid, sodium citrate, ascorbic acid), flavourant (strawberry), vitamin powder [maltodextrin, modified food starch (E1450)], colourant (E125). This product was manufactured in a factory that also processes wheat gluten, cow’s milk, soya & egg.

Productiveness

20 x 125ml servings per 500g portion pack.
80 x 125ml servings per 2kg box.
