To make creamy ginger butter, melt 250g MARVELLO Full Fat margarine with 7.5ml ROBERTSONS Ground Ginger. Allow to infuse for 10 minutes before stirring in 75ml MEADOWLAND Sour Cream. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
