Chef's Tip!
Make a Spiced Glaze by mixing 300g sifted icing sugar with 2ml ROBERTSONS Mixed Spice. Add 25ml lemon juice and mix to a smooth paste. Add a little cold water at a time if the glaze is too thick. Pour the glaze over the top of a loaf cake and serve.

Seal the lid and keep in a dry place.
