Preparation

Step: 1
Boil 9 litre of water with 70 g salt.
Switch power off!

Step: 2
Add 4 litres of cold water (or milk).
Important: Do not exceed temperature of 80 - 85°C.

Step: 3
Briskly stir in contents of packet (2 kg of KNORR Mash Flakes) with an egg beater.

Step: 4
Stir again briefly after 2 – 3 minutes.

Ingredients

Potatoes, emulsifying mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), diphosphate stabiliser (E450), antioxidants [ascorbyl palmitate (E304), sodium metabisulphote (E223)], spice extracts.

Productiveness

Yield: 15 kg mash (or 75 x 200 g portions).
