  1 Onion , diced
10.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 
250.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Spread 20 x 250g , softened
10.00mlROBERTSONS Paprika 6 x 700g 
10.00mlROBERTSONS Peri-Peri Spice 6 x 700g 
10.00mlROBERTSONS Cayenne Pepper 6 x 800g 
5.00gChilli flakes
5.00gGarlic flakes

Preparation

1.Fry the onion in a little olive oil until soft, add the spices and cook for 1 minute.
2. Stir in the parsley and allow to cool.
3. Beat the marvello until soft, and add in the cooled onion mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
4. Roll in cling wrap and refrigerate until needed.
