| 2.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Bayleaves 6 x 100g |
| 15.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Black Peppercorns 6 x 800g |
| 30.00 | ml | cumin seeds |
| 15.00 | g | coriander seeds |
| 15.00 | ml | cloves |
| 3.00 | pc | Cinnamon sticks pc 3x5cm |
Preparation
1.Heat pan over moderate heat and roast Cumin and coriander seeds lightly while tossing till starting to change colour.
2.Add all ingredients to Mortar and Pestle and grind till powder.
3. Decant and keep in airtight container till needed.
