24.00pcCardamom pods, bruised
2.00gROBERTSONS Bayleaves 6 x 100g 
15.00mlROBERTSONS Black Peppercorns 6 x 800g 
30.00mlcumin seeds
15.00gcoriander seeds
15.00mlcloves
3.00pcCinnamon sticks pc 3x5cm

Preparation

1.Heat pan over moderate heat and roast Cumin and coriander seeds lightly while tossing till starting to change colour.
2.Add all ingredients to Mortar and Pestle and grind till powder.
3. Decant and keep in airtight container till needed.
