12.00gSalt
18.00gSugar
  1/2 packet of yeast

Preparation

1. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Using hook, mix in warm water slowly until it forms a soft dough.
3. Mix till smooth
4. Allow dough to prove.
5. Knock back and use fingers to make a thin circle of dough.
6. Top with desired toppings
7. Bake at 200°C

OPTIONAL TOPPING:
ROBERTSONS Black Pepper and fresh tomato: sprinkled with KNORR Vegetable Bouillon.
