Mrs Balls, Lemongrass and Lime Dipping Sauce

1.00pcRed Onion , finely chopped
5.00mlRice Wine Vinegar
10.00mlKNORR Soya Sauce 6 x 2L 
5.00mlOil, Sesame
3.00pcPeppadews , finely chopped
2.00pclemongrass stalk , smashed
1.00pcLime , sqeezed
200.00mlStock Syrup
5.00mlGinger, Grated
5.00mlGarlic , finely chopped
120.00mlMRS BALLS Chutney Original 2 x 6.25kg 

Preparation

1. In a heavy based cooking pot, heat the sesame oil and gently fry the onions, then add the rice wine vinegar and soya sauce.
2. Add the peppadews, smashed lemongrass and lime juice and continue cooking over gently heat.
3. Add the stock syrup, ginger and garlic and continue cooking over moderate heat until slightly thickened.
4. Take off the heat and add the Mrs Balls.

Serve as a dipping sauce to accompany samoosas, prawns and spring rolls.
