Tomato Polenta Croquettes

| 500.00 | ml | KNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg |
| 30.00 | ml | MARVELLO Full Fat Spread 30 x 500g |
| 1.00 | pc | Onions , finely diced |
| 250.00 | ml | Polenta |
Preparation
1. Saute the onions in Marvello until golden, then add the Tomato Pronto. Cook until liquid is minimal ±5 minutes.
2. Add the polenta and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Place mixture into piping bag. Pipe onto tray in long round lines on a baking tray and leave to cool in fridge
4. Cut into 3cm lengths, pane and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
