2.00gROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g 
250.00gChicken, liver free range
10.00mlSherry old brown
100.00mlKnorr Korma sauce 6x2L
100.00gTomatoes fresh
  Nacho Corn Chips 250g
50.00gCheese, Mozarella

Preparation

1.Saute the garlic, thyme and chicken livers in the Marvello until cooked through then add the sherry and flambé.
2.Add the tomatoes and Knorr Korma Sauce and bring to the boil coating all of the livers.
3.Place the corn chips in a platter, pour over the livers and top with mozzarella cheese. 4.Gratinate until the cheese is browned and serve.
5.CHEFS TIP: Serve this dish with cream cheese infused with Knorr Sweet Chilli/Red Pesto Sauce.
