Potato Hashbrowns

| 300.00 | g | KNORR Mash Flakes 1 x 2kg |
| 1.00 | l | Water |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg |
| 200.00 | ml | Milk, fresh |
| 2.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g |
| Oil for frying as required |
Preparation
1.Sauté onions in Marvello.
2.Bring water and salt to the boil, Take off the heat.
3.Add milk and mash flakes and Parsley. Mix though.
4.Put a lid and allow to stand for 2min.
5.Then roll in to patty shapes.
6.Fry in a hot pan
