Prego Fillet Steak Sandwich

 
 

Ingredients (4 rolls)

4.00pcPortuguese roll (or 8 slices of thick crusty bread)
800.00gSteak fillet
200.00mlKNORR Barbecue Marinade 6 x 1 kg 
60.00gRocket
100.00gHELLMANN'S Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise 4 x 2.5kg 
20.00gKNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L 

Preparation

1. Slice steaks into 3 cm thick medallions.
2. Place in marinade for 15 minutes. Remove and drain well.
3. Cook steaks on a heated grill or fire, until browned on both sides and done as desired.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together.
4. Toast the bread, or heat rolls in oven. Sandwich the rocket, steak medallions and chilli mayonnaise between the rolls and serve.
