Prego Fillet Steak Sandwich
Ingredients (4 rolls)

| 800.00 | g | Steak fillet |
| 200.00 | ml | KNORR Barbecue Marinade 6 x 1 kg |
| 60.00 | g | Rocket |
| 100.00 | g | HELLMANN'S Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise 4 x 2.5kg |
| 20.00 | g | KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L |
Preparation
1. Slice steaks into 3 cm thick medallions.
2. Place in marinade for 15 minutes. Remove and drain well.
3. Cook steaks on a heated grill or fire, until browned on both sides and done as desired.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together.
4. Toast the bread, or heat rolls in oven. Sandwich the rocket, steak medallions and chilli mayonnaise between the rolls and serve.
