Thai Fish Balls

| 125.00 | ml | Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) |
| 25.00 | ml | KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L |
| 5.00 | ml | KNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L |
| 15.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Exotic Thai |
| 150.00 | ml | Bread crumbs |
| 1.00 | pc | Eggs (class extra) |
| 200.00 | ml | Oil, Sunflower |
Preparation
1. Poach the fish fillets for 5 minutes. Set aside. and allow too coll.
2. Mix together all the reamining ingredients together and add the flaked fish and mix together until well combined.
3. Roll into balls and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
4. Chefs Tip: Serve with Knorr Red Petso Sauce or Knorr Sweet & Sour Sauce.
