Chicken Burger with Caramalised Pineapple and Sweet Chilli Mayonaise

30.00gLettuce, Iceberg shredded
20.00gTomatoes (2 slices)
40.00gPineapple (2 slices)
50.00gHELLMANN'S Fine Whip Reduced Oil Salad Cream 2 x 5kg 
15.00mlKNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L 

Preparation

1.Toast bap
2.Cook chicken till golden and cooked through
3.Grill the pineapple till caramalised. Roughly chop and mix in the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce.
4.Place the lettuceon the bap followed by the patty, tomato and then the grilled pineapple sweet chilli mayonnaise, followed by the top of the bap.
SERVING:
1. Serve with side salad or French fries
