| Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste |
Preparation
1 Mix the Robertsons all purpose seasoning rub with the thinly cut chicken strips
2 Fry / saute the chicken strips in Marvello. Remove from the pan and allow to cool
3 Core the apples and cut into cubes, add the lemon juice to prevent browning
4 Mix together the Robertsons garlic and Hellmanns dressing
5 Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving
6 The filling can be used for sandwhiches, wraps, baguettes, baps, pannini's, potatoes
