  Black pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Fry bacon pieces until brown and slightly crispy.
2. Combine bacon, mayonnaise, chopped spring onions and sour cream.
3. Season with black pepper.
4. Serve as a dip with Pumpkin Fritters.
