20.00mlLemon juice, fresh pressed
35.00gOnions, red - diced
4.00pcCelery, stalks - diced
1.00pcyellow bell pepper - diced
1.00pcRed Peppers - diced
15.00gChives - minced
2.00gSalt and Pepper
8.00pcflour tortilla
500.00mlsushi rice - prepared
45.00gCucumbers - 24 strips
24.00pcAvocado - 24 strips

Preparation

1 Combine crab meat, hellmanns mayonnaise, red onion, celery, yellow and red bell pepper and chives. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper

2 Place a tortilla on a chopping board; use the sushi rice to make a very thin layer on top of the tortilla.

3 Put the crab mixture over 1/3 of the tortilla, add 3 cucumber strips and 3 avocado pieces across the crab mixture

4 Roll the tortilla like a sushi roll, sealing the ends with a little water. Slice and serve.
