Caprese Baguette with Basil Mayonaisse

150.00gHELLMANN'S Fine Whip Reduced Oil Salad Cream 2 x 5kg 
20.00gCheese, Parmesan grated
10.00gBasil, fresh chopped
10.00mlKNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L
  Ciabatta rolls
40.00gCheese, Mozarella sliced(3 slices)
40.00gTomatoes sliced (3 slices)
3.00gBasil, fresh

Preparation

1.Mix Hellmanns Mayonaisse, parmesan, chopped basil and lemon juice and mix well
2.Adjust seasoning if needed
3.Refridgerate if needed
4.Slice open Baguette , spread basil mayo on bottom half instead of butter
5.Place basil leaves, mozzarella cheese and tomato in layers on the Baguette
6.Drizzle with extra basil mayo as required
7.place top of Baguette on.
SERVING:
1.Slice on a diagonal and serve with seasonal salad or chips.
