Sweet Chilli & Sesame Seed Oysters

Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients together for the
sauce, and allow the flavours to infuse.
2. Spoon some sauce over the oyster and
sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
3. Top with some of the deep fried rice
noodles and garnish with a sprig of fresh
coriander.
4. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
