Fried Haloumi Cheese with Sweet and Sour Dressing

Preparation
1. Pat the haloumi dry and cut into 1cm thick slices.
2. Whisk all ingredients together for the dressing.
3. Dress the herb salad in a little fo the dressing, place on the platter, top with the cheese and drizzle the dressing over the fried haloumi.
4. Serve with lemon wedges.
