Tuna Capaccio with Celery and Caper Hellmanns Dressing

35.00gCapers in can, extra fine
35.00gTuna fish in can
15.00mlOlive oil
1.00kgBeef, fillet of
250.00gHELLMANN'S Creamy Garlic Dressing 4 x 1.5kg

Preparation

1. Using a blender, blend clery, tuna, and capers together until fine
2. Add hellmannscreamy garlic mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Cut beef fillet into thin slices.
4. To plate, pour dressing over the plate ad arrange meat on top of the dressing.
5. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
