| 2.00 | pc | Eggs (class extra) whisked |
| 60.00 | ml | Milk |
| 4.00 | pc | Eggs (class extra) poached |
| 160.00 | g | Ham, cooked I shaved |
| 300.00 | ml | Knorr Garde d’Or Hollandaise sauce |
Preparation
1. Whisk eggs, garlic & herb seasoning, milk together
Soak bread rounds in egg mixture
2. Shallow pan fry French toast on both sides
3. Assemble French toast, shaved ham, poached egg and pour over hot hollandaise sauce
4. Garnish & serve
