10.00gROBERTSONS Garlic & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g 
2.00pcEggs (class extra) whisked
60.00mlMilk
4.00pcEggs (class extra) poached
160.00gHam, cooked I shaved
300.00mlKnorr Garde d’Or Hollandaise sauce 

Preparation

1. Whisk eggs, garlic & herb seasoning, milk together
Soak bread rounds in egg mixture
2. Shallow pan fry French toast on both sides
3. Assemble French toast, shaved ham, poached egg and pour over hot hollandaise sauce
4. Garnish & serve
