Zesty Lemon tuna and Quinoa salad

| 30.00 | ml | KNORR Greek Light Salad Dressing 6 x 1L |
| 10.00 | ml | Robertsons Zesty Lemon Pepper |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g |
| 200.00 | g | Green beans |
| 250.00 | g | Cherry Tomatoes |
| 200.00 | g | Tuna fish in can |
| 100.00 | g | Rocket |
| 25.00 | g | Chives |
Preparation
1Place the quinoa in saucepan with 500ml water and bring to boil.
Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until grains are fully cooked
2Drain and set aside to cool
3Put trhe lemon Juice, Light Salad Dressing, zesty lemon pepper and chives into a bowl and mix well.
4Add the green beans, cherry tomatoes and tuna. Toss till all coated
5Place rocket on plates, spoon the tuna and lemon peppered tuna over the top.
