Gratinated peri peri chicken livers nachos

Preparation
1.Marinade the livers in Peri Peri for ½ hour.
2.Saute livers in oil until fully cooked
Bring remaining marinade to boil
On plate: arrange Natchos on base of plate
Place Livers on top of Natchos, drizzle peri peri
Marinade over livers. Repeat this process again, then sprinkle cheese over and gratinate.
Serve with guacamole and sour cream
