Preparation

Seafood Skewer:
1.Place tomato in calamari cavity. Thread on skewer with the tentacle
2.Prepare marinade as per container
3.Marinate for 15 minutes with the zest and parsley
4.Cook in the oven for 7 minutes/ or on a flat top for 2 min a side. season
5.Serve with Tartare sauce
Pork and Mango Skewer:
1.Skewer the pork and the mango.
2.Marinate for 15 minutes in teriyake marinade
3.Serve with pickled ginger and honey and soy sauce
Lamb and Baby Potato Brochetta
1 Skewer lamb and potato
2. Add the ginger and garlic to the bbq marinade. Marinate for 15 minutes
3. Spice skewers with exotic Thai spice and cook
Mediterranean Vegetable Skewer:
1.Skewer the vegetables.
2.Prepare the marinade as per instruction. Marinate skewers for 5 minutes
3.Place briefly on the grill. season
