BBQ Chicken Salad

| 150.00 | ml | HELLMANN'S Fine Whip Reduced Oil Salad Cream 20kg |

| 2.5ml Salt | ||
| 10ml Lemon Juice | ||
| x1 Yellow Pepper deseeded Julienne | ||
| x1 Red Pepper deseeded Julienne | ||
| Cucumber cut in half deseeded sliced ½ | ||
| Fussili Pasta cooked chilled 500g |
Preparation
Place chicken breast in BBQ sauce and let marinade for +- 1 hour.
Remove chicen from marinade and pan fry in a hot pan till cooked ensuring that the chicken gets well caramelized but not burnt.
Chill and slice.
Place Hellmann's Fine Whip, BBQ sauce, salt, lemon juice in blender and blend till smooth.
Use half dressing to coat cooked pasta.
Place pasta on platter, arrange sliced chicken, peppers and cucumber on top of pasta and drizzle with remaining BBQ mayo.
