Orange Salad with Mint and Corander Mayo

| 100g Wild Rocket Leaves | ||
| 15g Fresh Mint Chopped | ||
| 10g Fresh Coriander Chopped | ||
| 250ml Hellmann's Light | ||
| x15 Fresh mint Leaves | ||
| x15 Fresh Coriander Leaves |
Preparation
Mix Hellmann's Light, Chopped Mint and Coriander well in mixing bowl and let stand for 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
Mix Orange segments, sliced radish, wild rocket, mint and coriander leaves and place in salad bowl.
Serve with mint and coriander mayo on the side.
