Preparation

1.Sprinkle the bbq spice over the beef fillet and allow to rest for 15 minutes to absorb flavours
2.In a hot pan, seal the fillet and place in a hot oven and cook till medium rare
3.In a large bowl, mix the red and green torn lettuce leaves, tomato pronto, corn, coriander and borlotti beans
4.Add a small amount of Ranch dressing to bind the salad
5.Place mixture in centre of plate and cut slithers of the medium rare fillet over the salad and drizzle with a small amount of ranch dressing
