| 30.00 | g | Sunflower seeds toasted |
| 70.00 | g | Pepper, red |

| 125.00 | ml | Raisins |
| 250.00 | ml | Parsley, fresh chopped |
| 125.00 | ml | KNORR Honey & Soy Sauce 6x2L |
| 25.00 | ml | Oil |
| 45.00 | ml | KNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L |
Preparation
1. Cook rice, cool and set aside.
2. Combine cooled rice, cashews, seeds, peppers, shallots, currents and parsley.
3. Mix Knorr Honey & Soy Sauce with oil and Lemon Juice.
4. Blend the two mixtures together, portion into 4 containers, seal
and label.
