Creamy Tomato and Vodka Soup

| 200.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 100.00 | ml | Vodka |
| 150.00 | g | Cucumbers |
Preparation
1. Mix the KNORR Tomato Soup powder with 250ml cold water to from a paste.
2. Add 2L of hot liquid and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer covered fro 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add MEADOWLAND Classique and vodka and bring to the boil.
5. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber.
