Cauliflower and Cumin Soup

| Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste |
Preparation
1. Saute the chopped onions, celery, potaoes, cauliflower and cumin seeds in the oil.
2. Make a slurry with the Knorr chicken soup and 300ml of the water. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add 2.5lt of water to the pot, stir in the slurry ad allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
4. Allow to cool and blend until smooth.
5. Reheat, adjust seasoning and serve.
