Cream of Brocoli and Brie Soup

100.00gCelery, stalks
3.00gGarlic
3.00gGinger, Grated
3.00gROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g 
65.00gCheese, Brie
86.00gKNORR Brown Onion Soup 4 x 27L 
1.00lWater
125.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Saute onions, celery,crushed ginger and garlic in Marvello and oil. Add the broccoli florets.
2. Add boiling water and bring to the boil.
3. Mix soup powder to a slurry and add to soup mixture.
4. Allow to cook through will stir continuously for 15-20 minutes.
5. Add the brie cheese and allow the cheese to melt.
6. Remove from heat and liquidise.
7. Return to te heat and add Meadowland Classique, correct seasoning and serve.
