Cream of Brocoli and Brie Soup

| 3.00 | g | Ginger, Grated |
| 3.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g |
| 65.00 | g | Cheese, Brie |
| 86.00 | g | KNORR Brown Onion Soup 4 x 27L |
| 1.00 | l | Water |
| 125.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste |
Preparation
1. Saute onions, celery,crushed ginger and garlic in Marvello and oil. Add the broccoli florets.
2. Add boiling water and bring to the boil.
3. Mix soup powder to a slurry and add to soup mixture.
4. Allow to cook through will stir continuously for 15-20 minutes.
5. Add the brie cheese and allow the cheese to melt.
6. Remove from heat and liquidise.
7. Return to te heat and add Meadowland Classique, correct seasoning and serve.
