5.00mlROBERTSONS All in One Rajah 6 X 800g 
20.00gKNORR Vegetable Bouillon Paste
1.00lWater
180.00gLentils, red
100.00gSpinach fresh

Preparation

1.Heat oil in pot. Add the onions, carrots and potato. Cook over medium heat till onions are soft.
2.Add in the curry powder and pronto
3.Add the bouillon paste and water and red lentils. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
4.Wash and chop the spinach.
5.When lentils are tender, then add the spinach and give a good stir.
6.Serve with toasted health bread
