Preparation
1. Allow the ice cream to defrost slightly.
2. Fold in the pistachio nutsand coarsely grated chocolate.
3. Lastly, lightly flod in the sweet chilli sauce allowing a swirled effect. Freeze for 2 hours and sere with fresh mint.
