450.00mlWine, dry white
6.00kgKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
60.00gSalt
20.00gROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g 

Preparation

1.Melt butter and cook onions for 3minutes
2.Add the rosemary, thyme and garlic and herb seasoning and stir in, cook for 5minutes at low heat.
3.Turn the heat higher and add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
4.When the mushrooms are browned add the wine and cook till when is reduced. Add the tomato pronto and stir. Place the lid on and cook for 20 minutes at a low heat.
5.Add salt and pepper at to taste.
