Gorgonzola Sauce

| 24.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg |
| 24.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g |
Preparation
1.Melt marvello and sweat the leeks off for 4minutes. Add the garlic. Add cook for 3minutes
2.Add the cream and cook for 10minutes. Then crumble the cheese in and turn heat down leave to reduce for 15minutes
