15.00mlROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g 
15.00mlROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g 
15.00gKNORR Beef Stock Granules 6 x 1kg 
7,500.00gKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
3,750.00gTomatoes fresh chopped
1,500.00ptWater
30.00gROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg 
30.00gROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g

Preparation

1.Melt butter and fry bacon till all the bacon fat has been released. 10minutes
2.Add the onions, garlic chili, thyme, and mixed herbs stir and cook for 7 minutes.
3.Add stock granules and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
4.Add the knorr tomato pronto and fresh tomatoes stir and cook for 10 minutes.
5.Add water and sugar stir and cook for 30 minutes with lid off over medium heat stirring every 5minutes
6.Add salt and pepper at the end of cooking process
