  Oil
100.00mlVinegar, Balsamico
100.00mlWine, red
  Knorr vegetable Bouillon, Prepared x 100ml
10.00gRosemary, fresh , with stalk
15.00mlBrown Sugar

Preparation

1. Thinly slice the onion into rings.
2. Sweat in the Marvello and vegetable oil until translucent, over medium heat.
3. Increase the heat and caramelize the onions slightly.
4. Deglaze with red wine and then add the balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock, rosemary stick and brown sugar to the pot and reduce the heat.
5. Simmer until syrupy.
