Garlic, Bacon and Oregano Potato Bake

| 125.00 | ml | Oregano Leaves, fresh |
| 300.00 | ml | KNORR Garlic Sauce 6x2L |
| 200.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 5.00 | ml | Robertsons Veggie Seasoning |
| 6.00 | pc | Potatoes , large sliced |
Preparation
1. In a frying pan, saute the bacona nd red onion until fully cooked.
2. Add the oregano and veggie seasoning, then the garlic sauce and meadowland classique and bring to the boil.
3. Place the potatoes neatly in a serving dish.
4. Pour over the hot mixture, cover with tinfoil and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
5. Remove tinfoil and continue cooking until potatoes are soft and fully cooked.
