Garlic, Bacon and Oregano Potato Bake

125.00mlOregano Leaves, fresh
300.00mlKNORR Garlic Sauce 6x2L
200.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
5.00mlRobertsons Veggie Seasoning 
6.00pcPotatoes , large sliced

Preparation

1. In a frying pan, saute the bacona nd red onion until fully cooked.
2. Add the oregano and veggie seasoning, then the garlic sauce and meadowland classique and bring to the boil.
3. Place the potatoes neatly in a serving dish.
4. Pour over the hot mixture, cover with tinfoil and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
5. Remove tinfoil and continue cooking until potatoes are soft and fully cooked.
