Pilau Rice

| 1.00 | ml | Cumin, ground |
| 1.00 | ml | Coriander, ground |

| 30.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 1.00 | g | mace ground |
| 50.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 4.00 | pc | Saffron |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg |
| 25.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 15.00 | g | Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped |
Preparation
1.Place Saffron in Meadowland Classique and leave to infuse
2.Heat pot add Marvello and spices and fry for 1 minute
3.Add strained rice and fry for 1 minute
4.Add water and salt and bring to boil with lid on
5.Once boiling reduce heat completely and simmer with lid on till dry. Switch off heat.
6.Pour over infused Meadowland with Saffron and break in remaining Marvello.
7.Replace lid and let stand for 10 minutes
8. Decant and stir in chopped coriander
