300.00gRice, Basmatti washed and soaked for 1 hour, strained
500.00mlWater
1.00mlCumin, ground
1.00mlCoriander, ground
1.00gmustard seeds
  onion seed 1 ml
30.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Margerine
1.00gmace ground
50.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
4.00pcSaffron
5.00mlROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg 
25.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Margerine
15.00gCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped

Preparation

1.Place Saffron in Meadowland Classique and leave to infuse
2.Heat pot add Marvello and spices and fry for 1 minute
3.Add strained rice and fry for 1 minute
4.Add water and salt and bring to boil with lid on
5.Once boiling reduce heat completely and simmer with lid on till dry. Switch off heat.
6.Pour over infused Meadowland with Saffron and break in remaining Marvello.
7.Replace lid and let stand for 10 minutes
8. Decant and stir in chopped coriander
