250.00gCarrots cleaned and cut into batons
15.00gKnorr Roasted Onion & Garlic
15.00gKnorr Green Pepper Seasoning
10.00mlCumin, ground
150.00mlOlive oil

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
2.Place all the ingredients in a roasting dish and mix together well.
3.Roast in a preheated oven for approximately 1 hour tossing occasionally.
4.Serve with your favorite roast as a vegetable option or serve as a vegetarian meal or buffet vegetable option.
