| 500.00 | ml | Milk, cold |
| 250.00 | kg | KNORR Mash Flakes 1 x 2kg |
| 15.00 | ml | KNORR Chilli Sauce 6 x 2L |
Preparation
1. heat the oil and saute the onion, ginger and garlic until soft.
2. boilt he water with the lemongrass and salt together in a pot, switch off the heat
3.Briskly stir in the mash flakes with a whisk , cover and stir again after 2-3 minutes. incorporate the chilli sauce and the onion, garlic and ginger
4. serve with picked coriander
