Creamy Basil Potato Bake

200.00gOnions sliced
5.00gROBERTSONS Garlic & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g 
300.00mlMilk
200.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
5.00mlROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g fine (garnish on top) 

Preparation

1.Mix the cream and the milk together and bring to the boil add the basil and stir, remove from heat.
2.Place a layer of potatoes in a oven proof dish, add onions on top and lightly sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning on top. Pour some of the basil cream mixture on top. Repeat this process till all potatoes are used
3.Cover with foil and bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
