Creamy Basil Potato Bake

| 200.00 | g | Onions sliced |
| 5.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Garlic & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g |
| 300.00 | ml | Milk |
| 200.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g fine (garnish on top) |
Preparation
1.Mix the cream and the milk together and bring to the boil add the basil and stir, remove from heat.
2.Place a layer of potatoes in a oven proof dish, add onions on top and lightly sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning on top. Pour some of the basil cream mixture on top. Repeat this process till all potatoes are used
3.Cover with foil and bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
