5.00mlKNORR Aromat 6 X 1kg 
2.50mlROBERTSONS Cayenne Pepper 6 x 800g 

Preparation

1.Clean and chop spinach
2.Blanch spinach for a short time in salt water.
3. Saute the onion and add spinach.
4.Season with aromat and cayenne pepper.
5. Make white sauce as per recipe, fold in spinach and heat through.
