45.00gCARTE D'OR Custard Powder 2,5kg 
75.00gKNORR White Roux 1 x 20kg
250.00gpuff pastry
50.00gSugar, icing (confectioner's)
  Water -to make up icing sugar

Preparation

1 Bring the milk and sugar to the boil

2 Stir in the custard powder and stir until thickened

3 Add in the white roux and stir until thickened

4 Allow to cool in the fridge

5 Cut the puff pastry into long rectangles, place on a baking tray and bake at 180 for 15- 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Allow to cool

6 Pipe the custard between 2 layers of puff pastry. Make up the icing sugar and pour over the custard slice. Garnish with melted chocolate drizzle
